Simplicity 0636 or 8010 (two numbers for the same pattern) which includes the full-size patterns and sewing instructions for making the capes, robes, tunics, and headpieces shown. From these make couple costumes which include Vampires, Robin Hood and Marian, the Grim Reaper, Devil, Witch, and Snow White, as examples, thanks to patterns to make the Witch hat, Vampiress belt, Robin Hood Hat, Reaper hood, Vampire cross necklace, and Devil horns. Enlarge the photo above for a better view. For adults who wear sizes S-M-L (34-44″ chest). The price in 1992 was $6.95. The UPC is 0-39363-13116-8.
Condition
See photos. Instruction and pattern sheets as new in original factory fold. Envelope for 0636 is in very good condition with normal storage for age and type of paper (slick). Envelope for 8010 has some small stains at the top, is missing the top/closing flap, and has a price written on it as shown. No names on either. From clean, smoke-free home.
Shipping
Generally sent the same day you pay. Unless you request otherwise, I will back this with one piece of box cardboard (to help prevent the Post Office from bending it), wrap it in plastic wrap (to help protect the item from moisture or torn packaging), then send inside a manila envelope when sent via First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. This is the cheapest postage option that includes both item protection and tracking. See the shipping page to give you an estimate on the cost of a First Class 2 package. I am delighted to combine postage and insurance costs if you purchase more than one item. The second item may travel for free or just a few cents more — so it’s worth taking a look at my other items before you complete your order.
