About the Book
Many friendships have developed among the Variable Star Quilters since the group’s beginning. Now with the publication of this book we hope to widen our circle of quilting friends. The Quiltie Ladies’ Scrapbook is a collection of recipes, quilt designs and numerous other scraps of information that might be of interest to other “quiltie ladies”. This unusual or unique name has been given us b the young son of one of our members. Enjoy the Quiltie Ladies’ Scrapbook.

The Quiltie Ladies’ Scrapbook by Variable Star Quilters. From the third printing by Variable Star Quilters in December 1988. The ISBN is 09618293-0-3. This paperback book measures about 8-1/2″ x 11″ with 156 numbered pages, ending with pattern and recipe indexes.
Condition
See the photo above. The covers are in very good condition for age, with crease in bottom edge just left of center the worst of it. The spine has not been opened/creased. The pages are in very good condition with a bit of storage on the corner tips. No markings found, but block cut from top left of title page (likely to remove name of previous owner). From clean, smoke-free home.
Shipping
Generally sent the same day payment arrives. Unless you request otherwise, I will wrap the book in plastic wrap to help protect it from the elements, tightly sandwich it between pieces of cardboard, then wrap in brown paper to send via Media Mail with Delivery Confirmation tracking. See the shipping page for the cost to send a two-pound Media Mail package. Insurance is an additional cost as described. I am delighted to combine postage and insurance costs if you purchase more than one item. The second item may travel for free or just a few cents more — so it’s worth taking a look at my other items before you complete your order.
