Description

From the Introduction
This exciting sweatshirt decorating concept uses the petals from silk flowers to make the lovely floral designs that look like hand painting or fabric fusing. Any type and color of flower can be used. The technique is simple — simply pull petals from the silk flower stems, fuse them to the shirts, outline the edges of the flowers with paint sticks, and flash it up a bit with rhinestones. It’s as easy as that and the results are unbelieveably beautiful.
