McCall’s 5489 which includes the patterns and sewing instructions for making the Bozo the clown costumes shown. Includes jumpsuit or the top and pants, ruffle collar, the iconic wigs, tie belt, and shoe covers. Enlarge the photo above for a better view. Let me know if you want to see the envelope back. First buyer chooses from child size 4-6 (23-25″ chest) or 6-8 (25-27″ chest), or adult size Ex-Small (30-1/2 to 31-1/2″ chest) or Small (32-1/2 to 34″ chest).
Condition
See scan. The envelopes for the child sizes are in very good condition; the two adult patterns are missing the top/closing flap and have orange highlighter on the pattern number as shown. The instruction and pattern sheets for all sizes are in original factory fold. From clean, smoke-free home.
Shipping
Unless you request otherwise, I will back this with one piece of box cardboard, wrap it in plastic wrap, then send inside a manila envelope (or brown paper) when sent via First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. This is the cheapest postage option that includes both item protection and tracking. See the shipping page to give you an estimate on the cost of a First Class 2 package. I am delighted to combine postage and insurance costs if you purchase more than one item. The second item may travel for free or just a few cents more — so it’s worth taking a look at my other items before you complete your order.
