About the Pattern
Combination of piecing and embroidery to create the Block 3 – March in the Home quilt. This was designed as part of a 12 month Block of the Month, but you can make this as an individual wall hanging if you like. The March Home represents a Craftsman style house from the Windy City to represent March “going in like a lion.” If the kite stuck in the tree is any indication, March is headed “out like a lamb.” Finished block is 12-1/2″ x 19-1/2″. Includes the cutting and sewing instructions and a full-size home in outline. Ike & Donkey Designs pattern #IDD011 with 2017 copyright. Second image shows all 12 blocks in a quilt 63-1/2″ x 75-1/2″. You only get March.
Condition
The zip-top baggy is very nice with a bit of normal storage and original price sticker. The paper inside is in near new condition. No names or markings. From clean, smoke-free home.
Shipping
Generally sent same day payment arrives. Unless you request otherwise, I will back this with one piece of box cardboard (to help prevent the Post Office from bending it), wrap it in plastic wrap (to help protect the item from moisture or torn packaging), then send inside a manila envelope (or brown paper) when sent via First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. This is the cheapest postage option that includes both item protection and tracking. See the shipping page to give you an estimate on the cost of a First Class 1 package. I am delighted to combine postage and insurance costs if you purchase more than one item. The second item may travel for free or just a few cents more — so it’s worth taking a look at my other items before you complete your order.
