From the Foreword
This book began as a collection of loose-leaf-sheets about manufactured products and basic design data to help the author in active architectural practice. From 1932 to 1942, these sheets were published and augmented with the help of many manufacturers represented in this volume. The bound book was issued and copyrighted by Reinhold Publishing Corporation in 1944, and is herein completely revised. Because the material is basic, many of the references to specific products were deleted. It is suggested that the reader turn to specific manufacturers’ literature for information on availability and design changes. Thanks are due to every manufacturer who cooperated with this revision, and where the text varies with their recommendations, it is the judgment of the author that such was necessary for the purpose of the book. The outstanding associations and manufacturers who have assisted in the assembly of the material are listed, for your convenience, on the following pages.

Condition
See the photo above. The boards show wear as shown. It appears that glue was applied in the front hinge at some point. The pages are in good condition with “construction” soil and stains. No names. Three page numbers noted on back free endpaper. From clean, smoke-free home.

Unless you request otherwise, I will wrap the book in plastic wrap to help protect it from the elements, create a custom-made cardboard box to ship it in, and send via Media Mail with Delivery Confirmation tracking.
