About the Story
Crispy and his animal friends were enjoying a picnic breakfast at their campsite in the woods. Crispy suggested they start their day with a song. Everyone grabbed an instrument. They realized a young squirrel was listening. They invited the squirrel to join them for a swim. They suggested Acorn tell his parents where he was going, but he insisted he was a big boy and didn’t need to do that. After the swim they played other games until twilight was setting in. Acorn head for home, but he was lost. He returned to the animals’ campsite and explained the situation. They set off to look for the Tree-Dwellers’ tree. On the way they observed animals returning to their homes. They couldn’t find the right tree, so decided to head back to camp, and look again in the morning. They lit a fire and started singing again. Acorn’s parents saw the light and had come, and the family was happily reunited.

See photo. The covers show lighter handling/storage. The pages are in good condition with storage on the corner tips. No names or other markings. From clean, smoke-free home.
Shipping
Generally sent the same day payment arrives. Unless you request otherwise, I will wrap the book in plastic wrap to help protect it from the elements, tightly sandwich it between pieces of cardboard, then wrap in brown paper to send via Media Mail with Delivery Confirmation tracking. See the shipping page for the cost to send a one-pound Media Mail package. Insurance is an additional cost as described. I am delighted to combine postage and insurance costs if you purchase more than one item. The second item may travel for free or just a few cents more — so it’s worth taking a look at my other items before you complete your order.
