Introduce your child to the fascinating world of counting from 1-10:
• Encourage your toddler to hold the book, turn the pages as you talk, and act like a “real reader”.
• Look at the beautiful photographs together. Help your child to point to the animals and count. Say “How many kittens can you count?”; “How many penguins can you see?” Help your child to count the same number using fingers.
• Introduce other “maths language”. Ask “Which penguin is the smallest?”; “Which bear is higher?”; “Are there more puppies or piglets?”; “Are there a lot of kittens?”

Condition
See photo above. The covers have lighter storage (front is cleaner than it looks — think my scanner needs cleaning). The pages are as new. No names or markings. Stores in and ships from clean, smoke-free home.
Shipping
Generally sent the same day you pay. Unless you request otherwise, I will sandwich in two pieces or cardboard (to help prevent the Post Office from bending it), wrap it in plastic wrap (to help protect the item from moisture), then send inside an envelope (or brown paper) when sent via Media Mail with Delivery Confirmation. This is the cheapest postage option that includes both item protection and tracking. See the shipping page to give you an estimate on the cost of a one-pound package. I am delighted to combine postage and insurance costs if you purchase more than one item. The second item may travel for free or just a few cents more — so it’s worth taking a look at my other items before you complete your order.
