By Champ Butler. 10″ 78 RPM record 39533 from Columbia Records in 1951.
Condition
See photo above. The record labels are in good condition with some spindle scuffs and remains of price/name label on one side. The shellac record is clean and in visually very good condition for age with scuffs and a few light storage scratches. It plays with good sound (for a 78) with surface noise but no skips or repeats. Will travel inside the new/plain sleeve shown. If you want a vintage Columbia sleeve instead, that will cost you another 50 cents. Stored in and ships from clean, smoke-free home.
Shipping
Unless you request otherwise, I will keep the record inside the paper sleeve, wrap in plastic, sandwich between two pieces of box cardboard, then place inside a box (with bubble wrap or other cushion) to help protect the record and sleeve on its way to you via Media Mail with Delivery Confirmation tracking. This is minimal packaging — but is sufficient 99.9% of the time. See the shipping page for the cost to send a two-pound Media Mail package. Asking for more secure packaging may add to the weight/cost, and insurance is an additional charge as described. I am delighted to combine shipping costs if you purchase more than one item. The second item may travel for free or just a few cents more — so it’s worth taking a look at my other items before you complete your order.
