What You Get
Up And Away — a Christmas Greetings thanks-for-your-business frame-able Emmett Watson print from K&A Drilling Co., probably in the Ellinwood, Kansas, area in the 1940s-1950s. The second image shows how it is presented, with an onion-skin type page over the top with the greeting. Lift the page (attached at the top back) to reveal the print which is lightly attached to the heavy paper embossed frame with red and gilt torn bottom edge. The overall dimensions are about 8-1/4″ x 10-1/2″ with image 6″ x 8″. From clean, smoke-free home.
Generally sent the same day you pay. Unless you request otherwise, I will wrap in plastic (to help protect the item from moisture or torn packaging) and sandwich this in box cardboard (to help prevent the Post Office from bending it), then send inside a manila envelope (or brown paper) when sent via First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. See the shipping page to give you an estimate on the cost of a First Class 2 package. I am delighted to combine postage and insurance costs if you purchase more than one item. The second item may travel for free or just a few cents more — so it’s worth taking a look at my other items before you complete your order.
