Includes Little Bird and the Beaver, Wahwee, Bright Eyes A Scare-Crow, A Game of Tag, Catching Lobsters, The Chief Makes Pictures, The Big Meeting, The Ride, Resting, Little Bird and His Dog, Learning to Write, Little Bird’s Bow and Arrow, Little Bird’s Shield, Little Bird and His Pony, Making a Boat, and Playing Store. According to the list inside the front cover (shown), this is for children in second and third grades. The first page of the first story is shown so you can sense reading level. This paperback book measures about 7″ x 5″ and has 32 interior pages in staple binding with 10 b/w illustrations (not counting the one on the title page).
Condition
See photo above. In very good condition for a children’s book 100 years old, with creases in top right corner and stain in top left as shown. “Donald” written in ink inside front cover; no other markings. Stores in and ships from clean, smoke-free, pet-free home.
Shipping
Generally sent the same day payment arrives. Unless you request otherwise, I will wrap the book in plastic wrap to help protect it from the elements, tightly sandwich it between pieces of cardboard, then wrap in brown paper to send via Media Mail with Delivery Confirmation tracking. See the shipping page for the cost to send a one-pound Media Mail package. Insurance is an additional cost as described. I am delighted to combine postage and insurance costs if you purchase more than one item. The second item may travel for free or just a few cents more — so it’s worth taking a look at my other items before you complete your order.
