About The Play
Talking animals, inept pirates, and other comic characters abound in this action-packed story based on the classic Grimm fairy tale. The heroes are four animals who desperately want to leave their barnyard duties and become the town musicians. Their dreams are interrupted by the entrance of a pirate crew planning to rob the small village of Brementown. In trying to warn the townspeople of their danger, the animals are themselves banished as spies. The animals manage to capture the pirates, recover the town’s stolen treasure chest, and fulfill their dreams by eventually becoming the official ’Brementown Musicians.’

The paperback script measures 8-3/8″ x 5-3/8″ and has 22 numbered pages. A prop list and some production notes are included. This does not include the vocal score, just the words.
Condition
Enlarge scan for better view. In good condition for age with some lighter handling/storage on the covers. The pages are in very good condition with storage on the top corner tips. No names but some pencil markings for the part of Master. From clean, smoke-free home.
Shipping
Unless you request otherwise, I will back this with one piece of box cardboard (to help prevent the Post Office from bending it), wrap it in plastic wrap (to help protect the item from moisture or torn packaging), then send inside a manila envelope (or brown paper) when sent via First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. This is the cheapest postage option that includes both item protection and tracking. See the shipping page to give you an estimate on the cost of a First Class Light package. I am delighted to combine postage and insurance costs if you purchase more than one item.
