About the Record
Two Fox Trots by Frankie Carle and his Orchestra with vocal chorus on both by Gregg Lawrence. 10″ 78 RPM record from Columbia Records in 1947.
See photo above. The record labels are in good condition with a few spindle scuffs/scratches. The shellac record is clean and in visually very good condition for age with a few scuffs. It plays with very good sound (for a 78) with surface noise but no skips or repeats. Will travel inside the new/plain sleeve shown. If you want a vintage Columbia sleeve instead, that will cost you another 50 cents. Stored in and ships from clean, smoke-free home.
Unless you request otherwise, I will keep the record inside the paper sleeve, wrap in plastic, sandwich between two pieces of box cardboard, then place inside a pizza or other box (with bubble wrap or other cushion) to help protect the record and sleeve on its way to you via Media Mail with Delivery Confirmation tracking. This is minimal packaging — but is sufficient 99.9% of the time. See the shipping page for the cost to send a two-pound Media Mail package. Asking for more secure packaging may add to the weight/cost, and insurance is an additional charge as described. I am delighted to combine shipping costs if you purchase more than one item. The second item may travel for free or just a few cents more — so it’s worth taking a look at my other items before you complete your order.
