What You Get
Advance 5089 which includes the full-size pattern pieces and instructions for making this dress with deep scoop neckline with collar, short or long sleeves with cuffs, swoop pockets with flaps, and long flared skirt. Use the zoom feature for a closer look. Let me know if you’d like to see the envelope back. This is sized for women who wear vintage Misses’ 14 (32″ bust, 35″ hip). No date found but I would date this to the 1940s or early 1950s. REMINDER: Patterns of this age came with each piece cut-out and without any printing on the tissue. Small holes in the pattern paper let you know which pattern piece you have, where straight-of-grain, folds, darts, etc. The instruction sheet information will provide a great reference if you’ve never used these old patterns before. I’m also happy to help if you get stuck.

Condition
The envelope is in very good condition for age but has small hole on the front as shown. The pattern is complete and most in factory fold so this may not have been used. No personal names or markings noted. From clean, smoke-free home.

Shipping
Generally sent the same day you pay. Unless you request otherwise, I will back this with one piece of box cardboard (to help prevent the Post Office from bending it), wrap it in plastic wrap (to help protect the item from moisture or torn packaging), then send inside a manila envelope when sent via First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. This is the cheapest postage option that includes both item protection and tracking. See the shipping page to give you an estimate on the cost of a First Class Light package. I am delighted to combine postage and insurance costs if you purchase more than one item. The second item may travel for free or just a few cents more — so it’s worth taking a look at my other items before you complete your order.

>> I store my patterns in a clear zip-top bag to help protect them from additional tearing during handling and storage. If you want this to ship inside one, I can do that for another 10 cents. Let me know if you want that before you pay.
